Hello mama, I am Weronika and I can be your doula...

My name is Weronika and I am the face behind Cove and Wave. I am a trained doula in Derbyshire, UK. I support women in their transition to motherhood - from pregnancy to birth, to postpartum and beyond. My job is to honour and empower you on your sacred journey - I do it through holistic birth keeper services, birth preparation, postnatal care, ceremonies and pregnancy relaxation circles. I work with the wheel of the year, following the rhythm of the seasons, using Earth's medicine and mindfulness techniques to create a tailored offering that matches you and your needs.

Privately, I am a mother living with her family in the Amber Valley area of Derbyshire. I was born in Kraków, Poland and have been living in England for over 6 years. Beside being a doula, working with women & mothers, and being quite a nerd, I hold a masters degree in drama, I am trained in mindfulness, love adventures in nature, baking, learning about my Slavic ancestry and good mystery novels.

I first started my doula training even before having my own baby - I was drawn to the magic our bodies can weave and life they create. I studied (and I continue to) with Red Tent Doula Collective, whose work as childbirth educators is well known in and outside the UK. I now continue my education to expand my knowledge and offerings with hypnobirthing teaching, closing the bones ceremonies and other rituals. The path of a birth keeper is filled with learning, expanding, and experiencing, and I am committed to this growth so I can offer you the very best care.
