As your birth doula, I am comitted to creating a tailored offering that aligns with your needs. I work with mindfulness, hypnobirthing, rebozo and birth biomechanics to make sure my clients receive a well rounded, holistic care. I currently offer 3 separate birth doula packages: COVE - designed for long distance support. WAVE - designed for those who seek in-person doula support. COVE & WAVE - designed for those who look for a birth doula but also would like a full hypnobirthing course and Mother's Blessing Ceremony, all in one price. Let's explore further... COVE Virtual Doula Support This is an offering for expecting parents located... anywhere! Through this personalised virtual doula support, I can work with you no matter where you are. This offer includes: - specially crafted pregnancy & postpartum care package delivered to your door - minimum of 3 antenatal sessions delivered through Zoom - ongoing WhatsApp support - on call from 38 week of pregnancy - birth support - postnatal check ins during the first 6 weeks postpartum - help with birth plan & postpartum planning - access to pregnancy and birth resources including nourishing recipes for postpartum - guided relaxations and distance yoga nidra per request (no extra cost) - holistic hypnobirthing course (+ £100) The investment for this service is £500. Payment plans available. WAVE In-Person Doula Support This offering is designed for families located within 1h drive from Belper, Derbyshire. It includes: - a pregnancy & postpartum care package - minimum of 3 antenatal sessions - support with creating birth plan & postnatal planning - ongoing WhatsApp support - support at antenatal appointments (if requested) - on call from 38 week of pregnancy - birth support - minimum of 3 in person postnatal sessions (each including homemade meal) - postnatal check-ins for 6 weeks postpartum - access to my doula library and resources - free space at Empowered Birth Classes (for 1 term) The investment for this service is £1000. Payment plans available. COVE & WAVE In-Person Doula Support, Hypnobirthing Course and Mother's Blessing Ceremony This offering is designed for families located within 1h drive from Belper, Derbyshire. It includes everything listed in the Wave package as well as: - Holistic Hypnobirthing Courses consisting of 4 x 2.5h sessions - Mother's Blessing Ceremony, tailor-made for you to celebrate your entry into motherhood. The investment for this service is £1350. Payment plans available.
