Birth unfolds in variety of ways. Sometimes according to plan, sometimes a surprise. Birth stories carry the memories of strength, power, joy, sadness, anger, trauma, happiness, disappointment, shock, surprise, love much more. Each of them unique. Each of them valid. Each of them important. If you seek to process your birth - however it unfolded, if you seek a birth worker who will listen, acknowledge and honour your experience, who will travel back with you to the day and the time your baby was born, don't hesitate to book this session. Birth debrief is designed to help you process the emotions, feelings and events surrounding your birth. Perhaps you need to let it go, release the emotions stored deep inside you. Maybe you have questions, or are looking for the right resources. Maybe you look for support in moving on or preserving the precious memory. Or maybe all you need is talk in a safe, private environment. Whatever it is, this session is designed for you and your needs, it usually lasts 1-2h. It can be organised in person or online. It can include guided relaxation and closing ritual per request. The exchange for this session is £85.
